Half the fun of trick-or-treating is the bartering that takes place after you've gone door to door. I remember sitting on the kitchen floor with my siblings or friends and saying, "I'll trade you my Snickers for your Milky Ways." Besides Milky Way, I was especially fond of Nerds, Junior Mints, and Airheads. Now that I'm too old for trick-or-treating, I like to stock my Halloween candy bowl with my all-time favorite, Reese's Pieces. How about you? 8I used to give my brother and sister just about anything to get their MalloCups- yum! Now I like to give out (and of course, snack on) KitKats, Reese's, 100 Grand bars and Almond Joys.
9Skittles, Starburst, gummy worms, and those caramel-apple lollipops...those things are SO addictive!!
10I was wondering when someone would post on this topic. There are so many good candies that are available around Halloween and virtually impossible to find the rest of the year! My favorites: 100 Grand, Oh Henry, Goetz's Caramel Cremes, Clark Bar, and Baby Ruth. Oh god this is making me hungry.
