Jerk Seasoning
A type of dry seasoning that is native to the Caribbean. It's primarily used in preparing meat — most commonly pork and chicken — for grilling. Although the ingredients can vary, it generally consists of chilies, thyme, spices (cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves), garlic, and onions. The seasoning can be directly applied to the meat or mixed with a liquid to create a marinade.

i remember watching this bobby flay throwdown episode where he was challenging this guy that made an awesome jerk ribeye. that episode was so hypnotic bc both guy's recipes looked sooooo good and delicious and their ribeyes were so juicy looking. i love jerk recipes, there's something about the heat of habaneros that go so well with all the sweet pungent spices...
