1It's all about the Cheez Whiz! But to clarify, it's not the aerosal can Cheez Whiz you're probably thinking of - there's a thicker, more like liquid cheese type that comes in a jar (like melted cheddar, basically).
I want one now!!

18Pats and Genos offer other cheese too, its just not the norm. There is nothing better than a cheese steak wit wiz and fried onions yummy! Its a philly thing lol. The cheese wiz is even better on freach fries! For all those who haven't tried it, you really should, there is nothing like it! I am from philly, but i have a degree in culinary arts, so i've tried the cheesesteak many different ways. i even work for the guy who invented the $100 cheesesteak, and i still dont think there is anything better than the basic.
