I usually end up creating at least one cupcake yummy link each week, so I thought I'd go ahead and make it official. From now on, I'll pick a weekly cupcake for your viewing enjoyment. To start things off, I've found these lovely "Love Shack" cupcakes from the Destin, Florida bakery Cupcake Beach. Rachel from Cupcakes Take The Cake profiled this pic and I thought it was totally fitting since summer ends this Saturday. Doesn't it look like they're just soaking up those last few rays?

Wow, little old Destin, where I am currently at my office! I pass this place all the time, but I haven't tried one of their cupcakes yet. My best friend and I had a conversation about it one night. She said, "We'll have to have one on a splurge day", to which I replied, "When are we not on a splurge day?"

That picture also reminds me that I really take the beach for granted here. I can't even remember the last time I went, and look how beautiful it is!
