Cheese is one of my all time favorite foods. Whenever I host an impromptu dinner party, cheese inevitably makes it into the first course. However, there is just one teeny weeny problem: I never know what to display the cheese on! My cutting boards are not exactly party ready, and a plate is okay, but doesn't do the cheese justice. 4Ok, I'm about to hold a wine and cheese party and I'm looking for a cheese board with a glass dome to prevent the cheese from drying out. Anyone know where to find one?
5Most of the specialized cheese knives are pretty useless. I usually only use a cheese *board* for hard cheeses which require a sturdier knife. Softer cheeses I plate on a large white plate. While the cheese is resting and coming to room temperature I cover it with a linen tea towel.
