Wow...I actually dislike Hung even more now. I don't give a rat's patootie about his TECHNIQUE. I'm tired of that being his answer for everything. He says he didn't come on the show to be a favorite, and that's why we think he's cold. Then he goes on to say that he is shown and portrayed accurately. Yeah, because he's a...well you know.
1I don't really care for Hung either, but I think he's a decent chef.
2I liked the interview with Hung--he reminds me of a friend of mine, competitive yet goofy at the same time. Part of him says what he thinks others want to hear, part of him is honest.
But many thanks for the awesome Eric Ripert Trout recipe--I will defintiely be trying it.
