If you're an NFL fan — specifically a Seattle Seahawks one — or a fan of weird flavor experiences, then you better get your credit card out right now. Seattle based Jones Soda Co. is releasing a limited edition box set of sodas created specifically for the Seattle Seahawks. The box, which contains five flavors (Dirt, Sports Cream, Perspiration, Natural Field Turf, and Sweet Victory), will be available online for $19.95 plus shipping. They're taking online pre-orders now, and the sodas will be available in select stores.
If these flavors are anything like their purposely wretched Holiday Editions, then we're all in for a special treat.
Jones Soda spokesperson Clare Bowles told Business Week that the four literally named flavors are "pretty lifelike," while the Sweet Victory one tastes like berries. Bowles adds: "Perspiration Soda is kind of salty tasting."
Ugh, I am totally repulsed, and yet strangely, I want to know where I can pick up a box of my own...

I have always wanted to try Jones soda but with all the weird flavors they make, its kind of turns me off...makes me think of Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans from Harry Potter :-\
1Jones soda's regular flavors are pretty good - and you have to admit, the bizarre flavors are shrewd marketing. It really does get their name out there.
But ugh... the mere thought of sweat flavored soda makes my stomach turn.

6I picked up a box of the Thanksgiving Flavors a while back. Not to drink mind you, but to display during the Holidays. It's fun to have around. It's not so much a conversation piece around here, since it's made here. My son loves seeing the other Seahawks flavos they have in the store and I'm SURE he'll want these too. So fun.
7My family picked up the Thanksgiving pack one year and we each had a little sip. Some are better than others.
I'm not sure how i feel about these! But if someone brought them to Thanksgiving this year, I'd give them a try...

11We tried the Jones Soda Thanksgiving Dinner sampler set last year........some were gross and some were good! I think it's always fun to try them! We sat around the dinner table with shot glasses and tried all of them! It was funny to look around at everyone's reactions!
