Baba Ghanoush/Gannoujh, pronounced bah-bah gah-noosh
A typical Middle Eastern appetizer. This spread or dip is made of pureed eggplant, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Served with pita or flatbread, it's garnished with pomegranate seeds, fresh mint, or minced pistachios.
