
Baba Ghanoush/Gannoujh, pronounced bah-bah gah-noosh
A typical Middle Eastern appetizer. This spread or dip is made of pureed eggplant, tahini [1], olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Served with pita or flatbread, it's garnished with pomegranate seeds, fresh mint, or minced pistachios.
