So going to have to cut down the servings on this one... anyone have an idea about how much lobster meat you get out of lobster? Or, since I'd be making it for 2ish... could I just use 1 or 2 tails?

YUM!YUM! i had some lobster mac & cheese at a restaurant once...it was pretty much the most delicious thing i have ever put into my mouth......even better than the glue i used to eat as a child

Sounds sooo yummy. I think it's kinda funny though how on the blog linked above, the author says that she is trying to get her family to eat healthier, yet the recipe calls for 2 CUPS of half
& half, and a total of 5 CUPS (40 OZ TOTAL!) of cheese!!
