This cooking technique is often used in preparing poultry to maximize juiciness in the finished product.

The best turkey I've ever had was the one I brined over night. So tastey!

3I never brined my turkey...until about 2 years ago. It makes the best turkey ever! Juicy and tender on the inside and nice crisp on the outside- Check out Alton Brown's episode on brining and you will see what i mean!

5By far the best and most flavorful turkey you will have. Do not be intimidated. I have done my brining in large plastic garbage bags and put them in large coolers filled with ice.
