On last night's episode of Kitchen Nightmares [1], Gordon Ramsay headed to the Olde Stone Mill [2] and found Dean, a very difficult restaurant owner. Dean was totally unwilling to admit that his restaurant was a failure, the food was crappy, and the place was empty. When Ramsay [3] suggested he change the menu completely, to a steakhouse, Dean was very hesitant and rude.

It made me wonder how I would feel if Ramsay came into a joint that I owned. Would it be hard for me to change everything to his liking? How about you?
