2I don't like anything pumpkin, except pumpkin bread & roasted seeds, but my husband loves it. He also loves bread pudding, so I think I'll make this for him. I might add raisins to it, though.
3Yummy, I've made bread puddings before and never tried anything with pumpkin. Most def making it for Thanksgiving, I will serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or topped with powdered sugar.
