Just made them sugas .... so yummy gotta try ... great for low carb and zone dieters
Ingredients
1.5 Cup of All Natural Buckwheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp splenda
1 tbs veg oil - i use canola but thats your choice
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbs pumpkin spice
2 eggs
Blend and pour on griddle.
Yields about 9 pancakes
Serving suggestions
Serve with turkey sausage or bacon and smother in sugar free syrup!

8if your grocery store doesn't carry buckwheat flour, try whole foods or a specialty store. "natural" grocery stores will definitely have them. good luck!
