Choices oh choices...
1Mmmm I made A LOT of sandwichs and then froze some for later
2turkey pot pie, turkey shepherd's pie, and turkey stew
3Lots of great ideas! But I like sticking to my turkey sandwiches.

15My friends made a freaking awesome turkey eggroll/burrito tonight with turkey, avocado, onion and leftover cuban stuffing wrapped up in a wonton wrapper and fried then smothered with sour cream, cilantro and tomatos.

19America's Test Kitchen has a recipe for Asian Chicken Noodle Soup. I'm going to make that, but use turkey instead of chicken.

21I made "Turkey Slop"
22Remove turkey from bone and break into 2-3 in chunks, cook with a little water and celery in a large skillet covered for about 10 minutes. Add desired amount of stuffing, 1-2 cans/jars/homemade (which ever you have/prefer) gravy, let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat let stand for 5 minutes or so. Serve with rolls or over bread.
Mmmm tacos.
