These sound really good! But ever since I burned my finger once when making candied apples I'm paranoid to cook anything involving melted sugar type stuff. That hot candy stuff can leave a nasty nasty burn if you aren't careful enough! I still have the scar, and that was about 30 years ago that it happened.
