Ketchup is good if you make it from scratch. There's a prune ketchup recipe in the Dec. issue of Food and Wine I want to try.
My current favourite condiment is Halen Mon smoked sea salt. Apparently the salt is smoked over 800 year old wood chips...it is pinkish and flaky and crunchy!
I love Grapeseed Oil Vegenaise! Think really really good mayonaise, without the animal products.
I am somewhat of a vegetarian (not vegan), but my meat eating friends are crazy about this stuff too & they'll actualy sit there and eat spoonfulls of it out of the jar or
completely load it onto one of their sandwiches.
Just imagine mayonaise that is that good!! And healthy. It's almost unbelievable!

Salt. Salt on everything...
1I have quite a few:
2salt, margarine and olive oil!
When cooking these are essential!
I cant believe ketchup is winning, its aweful!
Mayo rulez, even on fried stuff
3Hot sauce! I'm a fan of Tabasco--I use it on almost everything!
4there really isn't a condiment i don't like. unless pickle relish is a condiment then i am not a big fan of that.
5BBQ sauce!!
6Hot sauce all the way!
7I can't believe salsa is not a choice?!
That being said, my absolutely to die for favorite condiment is Sriracha Sauce (we call it rooster sauce).. So spicy. So delicious.
8all of the above, plus hot sauce!!
