I saw "The Secret Life of Gingerbread" on the Food Network last week. They exposed the "secret" of making the best gingerbread. And it's putting both honey and molasses. And I didn't know gingerbread was originally soft.

2I will be making Gingerbread Caramels this weekend. If I have enough molasses, I will also be making gingerbread men. I'd like to try the original recipe of gingerbread made with honey rather than molasses.
