Cheesecake factory is the best. So many choices!
Um, none of these? I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants usually, but I used to go to Chevy's with my friends when I was a teenager.
Chevy's and Chilis, Cheesecake Factory and the Bonefish Grill.
None of these. Longhorn or Sakura's.
Wow there are a LOT of good choices on this list that I love. However, I would have to my favorite (Which is not listed) is most def Carrabba's!
my fave isn't listed: california pizza kitchen
boo, no Marathon Grill? It's this high - end diner with tons of healthy (and not-so-healthy) comfort food. I'm sure it's a chain; maybe just in philadelphia.
This was tough. I voted for Red Lobster because I love their shrimp. However, Cheesecake Factory does have awesome cheesecakes. But my favorite chains are local ones - Bandana's and Joe Baccardi's
I love Cheesecake Factory!!!
Macaroni Grill for pizza and salad and Chili's Too once in a blue moon at an airport.
Chili's if I don't want to spend too much and Houston's if I want a really nice dinner.
cheesecake factory!!
I guess some Canadian ones aren't on here.
I like Joey's, Earls, and Moxies
Yum!
I'm sorry but all i can think about is when Samantha in "samantha who?" said:
"And he's going to bring me to a factory where all they make are cheesecakes!!"
lol.
PF Chang's is where it's at! It's so yummy and they offer tons of vegan options!!!
Cheesecake Factory, but yeah, where's Carrabbas?
cheesecake or california pizza kitchen
California Pizza Kitchen and Bonefish Grill. FYI, PF Changs is great but SO UNhealthy... it's pure junk.
Ew, I cant stand chain restaurants
None of the above. ESPECIALLY not TGI Fridays.
I got a gift cert for there, from someone who obviously knows nothing about my tastes, and i was appalled at what they call "food" and the prices they charged for said "food"
I would have wept if i had to actually spend my hard earned cash on the "meal" we were presented with.
We only ate 10% of it, boxed the rest and threw it away when we got home.
Also, isn't Ruth's Chris Steak house technically a chain? They have them all over the country... if they count then that would be my pick by far.
I hate TGI Fridays as well, and in general I don't like chain restaurants... except for the couple I've listed. Though I find it funny Caterpillar girl that your being a restuarnat snob (even though I agree with your opinion) and you have Mr. Hanky as your display pic. That's kinda hilarious.
Shoulda just left the food. Now you've polluted the environment with your styrofoam box.
also not a big fan of chains. But of the options listed, PF Chang's...
Almost always have had really crappy service at Cheesecake Facory. Went once, and it took over 45 minutes to get sodas. And the server blamed the kitchen repeatedly for the 3 hours we were trapped there. And when we talked to the mgr about it... he offered us ice cream. boo.
i LOVE red lobster!!
mmmmm Crab and muscles
yummie yummie!!
I voted PF Chang's, but, yeah, where is Carrabbas?
The only "restaurant" on this list I'd even consider going to would be PF Chang's. However, I'd have to be out of options and desperate. With all the other options out there, why bother eating sh*tty mass-produced food?
I love PF Chang's because they have a gluten free menu!
you list red lobster and no CPK! i also LOVE Houstons!!!
mr hanky doesnt like chains either, they dont serve enough of the right fiber, its all saturated fats and corn niblets. He prefers whole grains and foods that you dont see twice.
I can't stand Olive Garden. I wouldn't even classify it as Italian. I do however love cheesecake and pf changs. There tofu lettuce wraps are to die for!!
I voted Cheesecake Factory because I've only recently come to appreciate it. PF Chang's is the all time fave and Outback is something I LOVE but never get to go to.
Love PF Chang's.
I've only ever been to Applebee's when I visited Denver in 2000. We got this weird cheese bread-thing ... very gross! Anyway maybe I just don't like chains that much
Cheesecake Factory!
I love Chilis and the Olive Garden.
Not a fan of chains. Chevy's is decent for what it is. I enjoy a little Olive Garden if I want an inexpensive meal and I crave pasta. I agree that CPK's isn't bad. But really: Applebees, chilis, TGIFriday's are TERRIBLE! YUCK-O.
To all of you that love PF Changs: Just so ya know, the lettuce wraps on the menu are made of scraps... meaning the trimmed fat or other parts that can't be used in a regular dish. Also, I too have had the worst service at Cheesecake Factory and the manager "compensated" us with strawberries and whipped cream... which I love... but I thought that was pretty cheap considering the only good thing about that place is the flipping cheesecake! I agree Olive Garden is not equal to good italian food.... it barely constitutes as food.... let alone italian.
I hate Applebee's. ICK.
Boston's Pizza and Pasta - it's a Canada company that just started coming to the states
i FINALLY ate at PF Changs for the first time, and their Ma Po Tofu is INSANELY good.
I do really like Cheesecake Factory, but I also love J. Alexander's and Carraba's, which aren't listed. I also recently (this past weekend) discovered Grand Lux Cafe, which just opened in CO. It was fab!
My two faves are Carrabba's and Bonefish Grill, but since they aren't on the list, I went with #3- PF Chang's. I also LOVE Longhorn.
Houston's... they have the best Key Lime Pie....
The Cheesecake factory! It's our new favorite. They have such a great selection. Oh, and ofcourse, you can't forget dessert!
I'm glad I'm not the only one that hates PF Chang's! The food is always so greasy and crap tasting. I ordered once there and it looked like they brought something that had been left out for hours! Terrible...I am not a chain eater unless its forced on me...
So I typically HATE eating out because I eat SO much that all restaurant servings sizes are WAY to small for my hearty appetite, so I normally spend a lot of money and still wind up being hungry when I get home: but the cheesecake factory's portion sizes rock!! I love how LARGE their dinner salads are! The last time I was there, they had a special: Halibut in some olive oil-saffron broth with olives, etc = and it was AMAZING and big enough for me! Granted I ordered vegetable side dishes to go along with the main meal...but still! When I got home instead of basically eating DINNER #2 I only had a sliced bell pepper as a snack!!! GO Cheesecake Factory! It is also reasonably priced, too bad I don't go more often: then again, I like my cooking the best over any restaurant! haha!
I love Olive Garden but there isn't one near me. I either have to go to Tracy or Hayward.
I put Applebee's because we eat there a lot, but I love CPK and Olive Garden and Red Lobster.
in the past i would have said cheesecake but this past year i've rediscovered PF Chengs - they have opened everywhere and i'm soo happy. (more so because they have the vegetarian alternative to the lettuce wrap)
