Both, William Sonoma topped brownie's with crumbled peppermint bark, the sample tasted good. I make sugar cookies with crushed peppermint canes/candies, they're my family's favorite cookie.
The idea of peppermint bark sounds good (chocolate and peppermint), it's usually made with WHITE chocolate which literally makes me sick to my stomach. I can't eat it without getting sick.
So, I went with the plain ole candy cane.
I guess I'm in the minority never having even heard of peppermint bark. I'll have to keep my eye out for this one. I do LOVE candy canes, though. Even the fruity ones.

PEPPERMINT BARK!!!!!!!
I wasn't always a fan of peppermint, but now eating anything peppermint reminds of me of kissing my mint-obsessed boyfriend, so I've grown quite fond of it. x)
I prefer creamy over crunchy, so I'mma go with some peppermint bark.

it's basically melted chocolate with crushed peppermint in it that you set to cool and harden into 'bark'

Peppermint bark! The only time I even like peppermint is when it's mixed with chocolate.

38i'm making peppermint bark for christmas gifts!! i put red sugar sprinkles on it to make it even more festive and sparkly!
39The candy cane is just too intense and big by itself. But the chocolate manages to cut the intensity and hell... everything is better with chocolate!
