The story about Culinary school being a sham, you could've replaced Culinary School with Public Education and most of that would still apply. They don't care about students, other than the fact that the more that show up, the more money the school receives. Or just passing students right along without them having learned anything... Texas has a newer law that states that a student cannot be "held back" more than once.
I've always thought that cooking was one of those things that people have a natural talent for....or not! The best cooks I know have either learned from their folks or have been self-taught.
I have to mention a couple comments about the photos. Sandra Lee's photo is either super old (bangs?) or she's sporting an old do these days. And, Rachael Ray looks Photoshopped.
I wish I could go to culinary school...the salad thing is cute too.
Great articles. Make mine a short cappuccino, please.
