The meat mock-up was awesome, but as a vegetarian I'm
not really looking for things that taste like meat. Amy's Burgers are good; they're made with brown rice, veggies, soy and beans, depending on which kind you get, and they're all delicious,
albiet a bit on the carby side (usually about 20/patty). Boca chicken patties are yummy as well (peppery), but the worst I've had are the Boca burgers and Boca meatless ground non-beef (Iiii
can't remember the real name); NASTY stuff.
5I am a huge fan of Iron Chef but I really don't think an Iron Chef video game would interest me. Plus, what age are they going to market it to? Do 30+ women play video games on a regular basis?
6The article about Michael Pollen is very eye opening. I felt like I already knew about a lot of this stuff but it sounds like from reading the article and then looking at the books online that I am very misled about a lot of things, so I'm ordering the books. Thanks!
