I will only eat thin crusted pizzas after I read some nutritional information (and worked at Pizza Hut when I was younger) that was not pleasant at all.
Once in a while, when I make my own pizzas, I will make a stuffed crust because I can control what goes in it and on it!
I will take pizza any way i can get it! I love stuffed crust but the Pizza Hut near me closed last summer so i can't get any I keep meaning to try and make my own.
Thin all the way! In fact, ultra-thin. If you don't have a good pizzeria in your area, fairly good ultra-thin frozen pizzas can be had with Archer Farms (a Target brand) or Freshetta. Just
perk 'em up a bit with red pepper flakes and a bit of salt-free Italian seasoning.
thick. the stuffed is "yucky" to me. i think because the few times i've had it the cheese hasn't seemed fresh and has been barely warm. now i want pizza!
Surely a thick crust is healthier than a thin crust? Given that the fattiest bit is the topping then the more base you eat the fuller you'll get and the less likely to eat more of the pizza
and hence more of the topping.
Of course if you just polish the lot off full up or not then the deal is off.

7This is a really serious subject for pizza-snobs across the country. But as a pizza lover, I like them all, but I'm partial to a thin crust.
