A few weeks ago, my friends and I met up for brunch at Ti Couz here in San Francisco. I promptly ordered a Bloody Mary and my friend thought she might do the same. Then when she saw it arrive with a shrimp in it, she decided she would be better off with a mimosa. Personally, I thought the shrimp brought the Bloody Mary to the next level. What do you think?

Mmmmm that looks SO good!!!
Yum!
Actually, the green olives are grossing me out too...
Nope, I have a serious shellfish allergy. I can't eat the shrimp or anything it touched!
Love Bloody Marys, love shrimp.
Heh, whats the difference really with or without the shrimp? As long as there weren't any shrimp blended in the drink, I'd be fine
No way. No how.
Never had a bloody mary but i don't like the idea of food in my drink. . .
my roommates and i went for bloody marys this past weekend and I had never been one to try it as the idea of a tomato based drink doesnt appeal to me. I got the regular one, while they both got the spicy kicked up one with olives in it and a shrimp on the rim. The shrimp was too big for the kinda cocktail it was, a thinner piece wouldve been better, but they loved it!
Me on the other hand... STILL NOT a bloody mary fan. Gross.
mmm it looks good!
i would, and they make these at red lobster.
That looks great!!
Wow, I'd definitely reach for the shrimp first and I think they go together perfectly!!! Plus, I love olives ... yeah, this drink is definitely for me!
If I wanted seafood in my bloody mary, I'd order a caesar.
I would eat or drink anything at Ti Couz!
I love a good bloody mary, with or without shrimp, but I always order their french press lemonade!
Haha- Its called a 'Mary and the Boys'
The green olives are really the grossest part of that picture for me. Shrimp I like! Green olives, not so much.
But I don't like the drink anyway!
yummm... looks good to me
I think the shrimp and the bloody mary would pair perfectly.
Sure, I'd try it...but shrimp isn't my favorite seafood, so now sure how I'd like it.
I'm more disturbed by the green olives. Yuck.
My mouth is watering for this right now.
Shrimpy Bloody Mary's, french press lemonade - Sounds like I'm going to have to check out Ti Couz!
If I'm too hungover, I'm not going to want the shrimp, but as long as my stomach isn't queasy, I think it looks dilicious!
Yuuuuck!! No way!
I would love it, no doubt, but I just hate surprises in my food. Like when I order breakfast or dessert and they put fruits on the food. I'm allergic! I just don't think it's the wisest thing to do. It looks nice, it probably tastes nice, but if it's not on the menu, I don't know...
Mmmm! I love surprises!!
Yum yum give me one! I love Bloody Marys very much and the shrimp is just one big plus to me. My hubby was a bartender and he used to make BBQ'd Marys. It's a BM with a splash of pineapple juice. Super yummy.
Nope. Vegetarian. I would be seriously surprised if my alcoholic drink showed up with meat in it!
I've had this before (although in Boston)-- it's great. I always love olives in a bloody mary (also have had pickled green beans in one... also good!!)
nope i would not. then again i wouldn't drink them anyway - and the shrimp scares me
Bloody Mary's are a staple down here in Louisiana and they almost always come with a shrimp. And while I don't always eat it the "salad" (as we call all the veggies etc. that come with the drink) makes a great appetizer when you're starving!
I don't eat seafood, but I'd order it sans shrimp!
hell yeah
YUMMY!
but of course
I don't like Bloddy Mary's but if I did the shrimp would be a nice added touch.
shrimp looks good....yum!
why not?
I'll try anything once
