When I went to UC Berkeley there was a cafe on Telegraph Avenue, Intermezzo, that I (well, everyone) would frequent. Known for its vegetarian cuisine, Intermezzo made excellent soups, salads, and sandwiches. I loved everything about this place, except for one small thing: the sandwiches came with sprouts! While Yum loves them, alfalfa sprouts are an ingredient that I would like to forget. I find them tasteless, stringy, and hate how they always get stuck in your teeth. How about you?
