Bacon explosion was really yummy - they cooked it on the barbecue and everything! I heard it took way too long to make, but it's definitely worth trying at least once (put it on your bucket list!). It was served with buns so we could eat it like a sandwich, but a knife and fork is probably the way to go for purists. For those looking for the bacon cheddar potato tart recipe, you can find it on Chef Michael Smith's website. Delish!

We went to a dinner party where the hosts made Bacon Explosion - it was really something else! My husband also made a bacon and potato tart (no crust, just wrapped potato salad in bacon before baking), which was also divine. I love bacon - just not enough to get the tattoo like Chuck Hughes!
