Banana Almond Smoothie

Notes

You can substitute unsweetened almond milk (or even dairy or soy milk) and add a splash of vanilla extract as well as a drizzle of honey to taste.

Banana Almond Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tablespoons almond butter
Honey (optional)


Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until velvety smooth. Taste and adjust for sweetness with a drizzle of honey if needed.
