Banana Bread

Ingredients

4 Ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup castor (or superfine) sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180º Celsius (or 350 Fahrenheit). Combine mashed bananas and melted butter in a bowl. Add beaten eggs one at a time and vanilla essence. Mix well. Mix in sugar, baking soda and salt. Last of all mix in the flour. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes out of the loaf clean. So yummy at any time of the day.
