Barbecue Sauce: Love It or Hate It?

During the Summer, my favorite fast and easy dinner is barbecued chicken. The combination of juicy, succulent meat with the sweet, smoky, sticky sauce is utterly divine.

But, I happen to love barbecue sauce, be it bottled or homemade. How do you feel about the grilling condiment?

i love it but being a vegetarian - it's not likely that i'll put it on something that most people BBQ :)

Hate it. I just dislike the taste. I rarely use dressing(s) on my food.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My boyfriend makes the most amazing homemade barbecue sauce for ribs. Just thinking about it is making me drool a little.

I too like it caramelized...don't like it runny and like it cooked on...although here in Ca. it really should be called grilling sauce. If you don't slow cook your meat over smoke it ain't BBQ.

It depends on the sauce. I like a nice tangy sauce that isn't too sweet. Seems like a lot of the sauces you get from most fast food/fast-casual places are way too sweet for me.

I'm from Texas, so BBQ sauce is a big thing here. As long as you don't drench your meat in it,BBQ sauce adds instead of detracts from the flavor of a good grilling/smoking.

Love it, in moderation thought, too much bbq sauce doesn't taste too good
