Yum reader MyFareFoodie shared her take on the traditional German dish spätzle. Bring on the Oktoberfest spirit!
Spätzle is Germany's version of pasta, but without all of that pesky kneading and rolling. It is super easy to make and only consists of a few ingredients. I gave my spätzle a bit more of an Oktoberfest punch by using beer in the batter. It's still October anyway, right?
