What our tasters thought: Tasters adored this pairing. The spicy, wheat-forward beer, paired with the perfectly sweet, not too bitter chocolate tasted like gingerbread to one participant. Another noted that the chocolate really lives up to its name by tasting fruity with just enough sweetness.
