Beer and Chocolate Pairing

What our tasters thought: The entire group loved this pairing. The slightly bitter beer brought out the milky, creamy flavors of the milk chocolate. One taster said the chocolate reminded her of Dove chocolates, with its mouth-coating melt. Another said the beer and chocolate tasted like a chocolate float (fizzy ginger soda topped with a scoop of creamy chocolate ice cream).
