U-Matcha Toasted Rice From The Republic of Tea

I love genmaicha tea (a Japanese green tea blended with roasted brown rice), so I was excited to try U-Matcha Roasted Rice ($18 for 1.5 ounces), a matcha tea blended with brown rice. It's a thick, grassy tea to begin with and has a warming, savory quality from the toasted rice. I love making matcha lattes with rice milk to amplify the grain flavor.
