Chicken With Goat Cheese and Herbs

Cheese Please wows us again with yet another delicious and impressive dish. This time chicken is bundled with goat cheese and herbs, and cooked in a white wine sauce. I think I may have to go make this tonight!

Little bundles of chicken are tied up with kitchen twine and stuffed with a fresh herb and savory goat cheese mixture. The combination of shallots and vidalia onions add a hint of sweetness while a reduced white wine sauce finishes the dish. Delicious!!
