Chicken Thighs: Love Them or Hate Them?

When I was younger I used to hate eating chicken thighs. There was something about the dark meat and the bones that I didn't like. However, I've grown to love chicken thighs. They're more flavorful than breasts and far more affordable. Do you cook with chicken thighs? How do you feel about them?

I love chicken thighs! I always use boneless, skinless thighs instead of breast. I don't like white meat at all unless its used in a potpie, soup, chicken salad, or something like that. Dark meat is so flavorful , its my go to meat when i need to make something fast, always have some in the freezer!

I think chicken thighs are delicious the day they are cooked, but even the next day they start to take on a gamey, rancid flavor, something I've never experienced with chicken breasts. Has anyone else experienced this?

Love it. Way better than the breast. White meat can be so dry and bleh.

Nope, I'm a breast girl. Not a fan of bones or dark meat except I eat duck and quail. I know, makes no sense.

They are awesome. I like to pick some up with the skin to use for an instant broth for soups when sauteed with veggies then simply by adding water. Let them cook with the dish then remove the skins and return the meat to the dish before serving.
