While I love these Valentine's Day-inspired cocktails, none of them feature the holiday's most prominent flavor: chocolate. That's why I've got one more drink recipe for you — this concoction that combines chocolate liqueur with pureed raspberries. It's a decadent mixture that's absolutely divine and best served as a dessert. To make the raspberry puree, simply toss fresh or frozen berries in the blender, then strain to remove the seeds. Chocolate Raspberry Truffle

Ingredients

1 oz. Godiva Liqueur
1 oz. pureed raspberries
½ oz. vodka
½ oz. simple syrup

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into a glass filled with ice.
2. Shake vigorously in a Boston Shaker for 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.

Makes 1 drink.
