I love coconut cake. With its moist pudding-like cake layers, thick fruity filling, smooth cream cheese frosting, and crunchy toasted coconut flakes, it's a wildly scrumptious dessert. i've never tried it, sounds good as it would not be overly sweet (as coconut desserts can be) due to the cream cheese
but that looks like a very long procedure
