If you have a chance to check out his food, I highly recommend it. The pairings of texture and flavor were delightful and imaginative.

we have something like this in Dallas called dining in the dark and its to raise awareness and money for diseases that cause blindness. some of the best chefs in the city participate.

I don't think I could do this. I'm way too picky about my food...I'd be afraid they snuck a mushroom in there somewhere! And then I'd probably spit it out in a really unladylike way :)
