Do You Cook in Your Pajamas?

For some strange reason, I hate cooking in my pajamas. Even if I sleep in and am making a leisurely brunch at my vacation cabin, I need to change into regular clothes before I cook.

I understand that there's no logic to this behavior, but I thought maybe I wasn't alone. How about you?

I usually wear one item or less to sleep in (i.e. - underwear or a tank or nothing). LOL. Sometimes I cook in just underwear. Other times I feel it's more appropriate to put on pants and a shirt.

I don't cook in my PJs but not in my work clothes either. I'm in the group that wears comfy lounging clothes.

I do! Especially if it's a lazy weekend day and I have the time to make a real breakfast. Otherwise, it's lounging clothes, like yoga pants (or whatever else was worn to the gym that day, lol). Never anything nice.

I don't cook in my pajamas, but I do change into them sometimes before I eat a bedtime snack and go to bed.

I do it sometimes when I'm lazy but I try not to because I don't want to end up in bed with smelly pjs.

I have bummy cooking clothes, which are separate from PJs, but they are not my street clothes either. :) I guess you could say I'm weird!

i try to wear bummy clothes since cooking (indian food mostly) makes the whole house and the chef smelly, even with an industrial strength exhaust system. as soon as im done.. quick shower then regular clothes

like lydialee, i also change into yoga pants and a sweatshirt or (if at the cabin) into a bathing suit and shirts, or something similar in the morning...i don't tend to lounge very often in pajamas (like pink elephant, i feel unclean if i wear them too long) - i like to wake up, put on something half-presentable, wash my face, brush my teeth, put on a little bit of mascara, and then i'm set to lounge about and cook or whatnot... so no, i don't think i do cook in pjs! that said, i also never wear jeans or dress clothes aruond the house...i change into yoga pants ASAP when i come in!!

I change to workout clothes when I wake up, and did not put on my PJ until I go to bed. I did not cook in my nice clothes either. I change to some old T-shirt/shorts during the summer time, and old Sweat-shirt/pants in winter time when I get home.

i just throw an apron over whatever i am wearing, pjs, regular clothes, doesn't matter.

i never cook in real clothes because i don't want to mess them up. I guess I am a PJ-only cooker.

I find that besides cooking, I don't feel like doing anything in my pajamas. It's all about the way I feel in them, like I haven't showered for a while. I don't know. it's weird.
