I usually stay away from carbs, so yes I usually eat protein at all meals.

I have a protein most meals-all lunches and dinners and an egg with every second breakfast. Most mornings though, I just want to wake up to something sweet and carby.

I'm all about protien at all times of the day. I'd have that over anything else. I'm big on getting it in. Sadly, that's one of the only things I think about. That and fiber.

It doesn't have to be meat! It can be eggs or cheese! I had a good old omelet with broccoli and cauliflower for dinner tonight! it was goodie :)

I always try and have meat with every meal, especially dinner because I eat that right after the gym. If I don't, then i will make a protien shake!
