The Thanksgiving tradition in my family is to eat the pumkpin pie in the morning while the Turkey finishes..

Never, ever, ever - I'd get a massive headache from all that sugar on an empty stomach, especially when my poor body would've been expecting real food!

I don't even eat dinner unless I was really hungry and did not eat enough or skipped breakfast etc..

Only when I'm on holiday! My friend and I had waffles and icecream for lunch one day, and pancakes and icecream the next!

As much as I would like to, my body would go into hyper mode........I need savory food first then the sugar. :)

I definitely went to one of my favorite restaurants & started with dessert. The waitress laughed at first until she realized I was serious. Some times dessert is the best part & I eat too much of my entree to eat dessert too.

I love dessert. However I try to keep it in moderation. Sometimes though... its just to good to resist and so yes I will skip the main meal and go right to dessert. Usually mudcake!

I do this all the time and have ever since college. Now that my son is turning 1 and is starting to become attune to what I eat - He wants what Mommy is having - I'm afraid I need to buckle down and eat more nutritiously...

i dont eat dessert. But i do eat popcorn at the movies instead of having dinner and I love those nights!

my birthday is always the day of great junk food and desserts and some really expensive fruits. i'd eat pizza and ice-cream for lunch :D which i never do on usual days. but when i do something super great, like get rid of an awful room-mate i'd eat whole box of icecream combs for lunch.

I lovelovelove Pumpkin Pie for breakfast. And sometimes me and my girlfriends will go out, instead of to dinner, to a fancy restaurant and split really, rich decadent desserts with eachother. As long as I've eaten balanced food throughout the day (fruits, veggies and beans, which I always do), then I don't feel guilty one bit. It's a treat!

Since everyone is going beyond dinner, I will share mine too. When I was growing up my mom would allow me to have cake for breakfast on my birthday or for special events/occasions. We eat pretty well and were active, so my mom thought it was fine. You only live once, right? :) To this day, I will have dessert in the morning sometimes to celebrate something really special.

Mostly this kinda thing happens to me at the weekend when I get up really late and instead of eatting lunch I eat candy and ice cream.... cake too... I then spend a week at the gym trying to stop the calories :P But life isn't worth living if you can't pig out once in a while
