Do You Own a Food Processor?

Over the weekend, I made scones using my food processor, and the blade got stuck. I thought my machine was broken and would have been devastated, considering I use my food processor all the time. After all these years in the kitchen, I can't imagine my life without one — although I've always fantasized about getting a larger version. Do you have a food processor at home? If so, do you use it often?

Love the thing (a lot easier to make pie dough), I also have a little mini chopper.

Got a food processer as a wedding gift. Completely excited and over the moon about it. My husband stanys out of the kitchen when I use it because I cackle too much. I've made hummus, salsa, mixed things for veggie burgers, and soft serve banana. yum!!!

Yes, I have a super pimped kitchen aid but I have a magic bullet as well that i use for "smaller" items :) I would like to invest in a slap chop as well for onions etc. because the magic bullet sucks with those!

I love it for making fruity soft-serve ice cream (frozen banana by itself, or mixed with other frozen fruits). Also pesto, hummus, or basically any sauce or dip. Yum!

I bought an inexpensive one from Target for about $40. I don't use it that often because I hate dragging it out and cleaning it, but it's GREAT for french onion soup :)

Yes, I have two. A large one for food prep and a small one to make anything we're having into food for baby.

I have a nice one but I'm too lazy to use it often because the prospect of washing it out and putting it away gets to me.

I do and I love it. Anytime I'm feeling lazy it's my go to chopper.

Mine was passed down to me from my bf's mom. It must be from the late 70s, because that thing weighs 20 pounds. I'd love to upgrade, but this one is has been so trustworthy that I'll probably just wait until it dies.

Yup, we use it all the time....especially for making salsa (I prefer a more blended style).

I don't but I've been considering getting one. I have a Slap Chop :) but I'd like to upgrade.

I have one but we almost never used it for years. Finally a couple years ago I started using it more to make hummus and now I use it to make peanut butter and almond butter. I still don't use it that much, but it's about twice as much as before. I'm sure I'll use it more at some point in the future.
