Would You Rather Eat Blueberries or Blackberries?

We've gone berry crazy this Summer! The month of July we showered you with our best blueberry recipes, and now that it's August we're turning our attention to blackberries. Although I love blueberries, after one bite of blackberry crumble, I remembered that I prefer the plumper black clusters over their teeny blue cousins. Which do you like better?

I must be alone in this, but it's blueberries all the way. I hate blackberries. Whenever I've had them raw (and I've tried and tried to like them over the years), they always seemed to have a certain bitterness. I like them as flavoring in other things, or cooked, but I just can't deal with them in their natural state. Weeeeird.

I can't take the seeds in blackberries, it's just something I don't like. So I would choose blueberries. I have a pint of them in my fridge right now!

Blackberries :) We used to have blackberries in our preschool. My classmates and I would troop over to a tree and use our umbrellas reach the branches and pick blackberries. Good times.

Love both and can eat tons of both, but I can eat blueberries nonstop for days in any form, fresh, frozen, in a muffin, in a waffle...YUM.

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, beats a huge bowl of fresh-picked blackberries from our farm....they are so delicious!

I eat blueberries more often but really I couldn't pick one over the other. Love them in a berry smoothie.

I would take blackberries over blueberries any day of the week. For some reason blueberries make me nauseaous and I would not eat anything that has a hint of blueberries. That is one of the few fruits I will not eat, despite the wonderful health benefits. I wouldn't eat blueberries even if it was served on a pile of money or promised me beautiful skin. Nope I wouldn't do it.
