Flavored, definitely! My recent obsession is Flat Earth chips from Frito...yummy and healthy :) My weakness is Doritos...any flavor!

When I eat them, it's all about flavor! Walker's Sensations do an amazing Thai Chili flavor, and also a wonderful Mature Cheddar & Red Onion Chutney... yummy! (Unfortunately, they have yet to bring those to the US market :-( )

Unless there's dip around, I avoid the plain chips. I love flavored!

I never ever buy them... but if I'm at some kinda party and they have plain Lay's, sour cream flavored, BBQ flavored, or ANY flavor, I hafta say, I do indulge! No preference. I'm guilty of liking them all!

I agree with Icterp! You can't go wrong with good kettle cooked chips- Zapp's are the best ever, and you can order them by the case on their website. They're hard to find out of the deep south, so we always stock up when we're visiting home. They're that good.

I rarely eat potato chips, 'cause I refuse to buy them at the store. I prefer whole wheat crackers or sunchips--or those veggie chips (yum). But when I do indulge I like the kettle-cooked jalepeno or some other unusual variety.

Plain with Dip; flavored by themselves. Sour cream and onion, mmmmmmm.

I love all chips, but my true love of chips is the sour cream and onion. Those are so good, I'll often skip eating the chip and just lick the flavoring off! (when no one is looking, of course)
