Would You Rather Drink Water With Lemon or Lime?

I enjoy a lot of sparkling water "cocktails" and often offer them to guests. To make one, I fill a large glass, like a wine goblet, with ice. Then, I pour in the water and garnish with a wedge of citrus. Since I always have both fresh limes and lemons on hand, I ask whomever I'm making the drink for which they prefer. I always pick lemons, but know some people like limes. Where do you stand?

Putting lemon or lime in my water is just about the only way I can drink it. I don't typically enjoy plain water - I'm getting better about drinking it but flavors are always preferable.

I think water, is water. Colorless, odourless and flavourless. So I prefer plain water, I love it. But I like lemon water too especially in summer days.

Still water I prefer cucumber or nothing. Sparkling water = lime. I can't stand lemon in my water; I think it seems too much like a really watery lemonade.

I actually love both a thin slice of lemon AND lime in my water. I find it so refreshing. Sometimes during the summer, I put a slice of lemon and a slice of cucumber in my water. Such a unique and wonderful flavor.
