Do You Take an Afternoon Coffee Break?

In the afternoons, it's not uncommon to see several Sugar staffers heading out for a coffee break. Maybe it's the postlunch sleepy slump or a sudden craving for sunlight, but the cafes in our block get crowded around 2 or 3 p.m. Are you among the throngs near your office?

Sometimes I do get afternoon coffee, but I like tea more.

i don't but i really should....i always think about it but sometimes it's just hard to get away from my desk to go to starbucks downstairs to get something.

I always have a cup on the way to work, and if time allows I go get a mid-afternoon pick me up=)

I'm with you almostfamous.. I just LOVE coffee itself! I used to love adding different flavor shots, but then a Starbucks worker told me each shot is 100 cals.. :(

i never get to enjoy my coffee in the morning. I'm always running around like a maniac so it usually ends up getting cold. Instead I have a fruit smoothie in the morning and when my day slows down around 3 i get to enjoy a hot cup of coffee :)

I love coffee but have given it up for the 100th time! Seriously, I have not had a cup of coffee since February 12, 2007, but who's counting?! I have been doing yoga at my desk in lieu of a coffee break.
