I LOVE Mason jars, we use them for storage and for drinking

I use Mason or Ball jars for casual gatherings. They are sturdier than our other glasses, so less likely to break. Also love the jar glasses from the dollar store, too. :)

I think they look pretty cool, but I don't like drinking out of them because the threads at the mouth of the jar get in the way of drinking things normally.

It seems that over the last two years, my fiance and I have broken all of our normal glasses. These have been replaced by all sorts of jars. I don't mind it but I am looking forward to receiving the glasses we registered for.

i don't go out of my way to use them but sometimes after finishing a mason jar of mixed fruit, i'll use the jar to store freshly mixed lemonade, and then at some point get too lazy to pour out and just use the darn thing as a glass.
