Falafel Sandwich Recipe

One of the best things is being able to experience other cultures through taste. Zestybaking was inspired by a trip to Jordan to re-create this tasty falafel sandwich.

We ate the most amazing falafel sandwiches in Jordan. They were so good we couldn't stop going back to the street stall again and again for lunch.

This is my attempt at making a falafel sandwich with a twist.
