Instead of being served on a bun, the burger gets placed inside a pita pocket. The meat is seasoned with tons of fresh herbs before being stuffed with salty feta cheese. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian flat leaf parsley leaves
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
