Thanksgiving is about homey, comforting recipes with simple ingredients that are cooked to perfection. From the time that we're in elementary school, we have images imprinted in our brains of what Thanksgiving looks and tastes like: pumpkin pie, cornbread, and, of course, the main event of a big, beautiful bird.
But depending on where you grew up, or where your family comes from, you may have some traditions that seem synonymous with the holiday in your kitchen, but differ from other houses on your block.
